During the 35 minutes free consultation, we introduce our expertise, discuss ideas, review your floor plan.
Learn about your household composition including the number of people, children, or elderly members, as well as your lifestyle, preferred colors, fabrics, and any religious or cultural considerations that need to be considered and share decoration and furnishing inspiration.
We kindly request a nominal deposit to secure a forthcoming series of design services. This fee will be deducted from the total purchase price.
​Step3:Measurement and Visualization
Our team of stylists and interior designers conduct on-site visits to measure rooms, consider door dimensions, cabinetry, and natural light flow. Real-life photos are taken to create accurate renders and floor plans.
​Step4:Design plan
Our designers create custom mood boards in your favorite colors and materials and offer professional advice to guide your home design. The mood board sets the tone, and specific locations are marked on the floor plan to achieve a coherent layout. Each design will be combined with the furniture decoration according to the real background of the shooting. There is also a list of matching furniture and decorations.
​Step5:Feedback and Adjustment
While expert design solutions and recommendations are offered, the ultimate decision-making authority rests with the clients when it comes to realizing their ideal home. Furniture selections take into account various factors such as lifestyle, preferences, budget constraints, and family dynamics. Client input plays a pivotal role in refining and revising the designs.
​Step6:Final design proposal
Once the furniture styles and arrangements have been finalized, we will present the definitive versions of the final mood board, floor plan, render, and a comprehensive furniture list.
At this stage, clients enter into an agreement with us, consenting to all selected furniture styles and the total package price. Upon signing, our manufacturers and craftsmen will commence production.
Please note that a 30% deposit is required with the contract sign.
​Step7:Furniture production
Given that your furniture is being custom-made just for you, our typical production timeline ranges between 30 to 50 days. We commit to providing you with weekly updates, keeping you informed of the progress in real-time. Rest assured, every piece of furniture is crafted with our utmost dedication and care, as we pour our passion into each creation, treating every item as a work of art.
​Step8:Postproduction quality assurance
Upon completion, the quality assurance team will provide a detailed inspection report of the newly crafted furniture through videos, photos, and video calls, covering aspects like appearance, color, fabric, hardware, stitching, comfort, and patterns.
After approval, a second agreement is needed to proceed. Refer to warranty and policy documents for specifics.
​Step9:Shipping
Your custom-made furniture will be transported to the departure port, ready for shipment to Australia. With containers arriving from around the globe each month, the estimated transit time is approximately 30-40 days. At this stage, an additional payment of 30% of the total amount is required from the client.
​Step10:Acceptance and Installation
Upon arrival at the port in Australia, 40% of the balance is due for furniture delivery to your new home or storage. A quality inspection is conducted upon delivery, followed by installation within 1-2 days. You can choose self-installation or assistance. After inspection, enjoy your furniture. Regular feedback checks are done, with after-sales support for any quality concerns.
